My brothers co-worker is having a few series of problems with his Magtag washer (sav3655aww), he had the pump replaced because it locked and burned the belts and now the tranny seems to bottom up. Is this machine worth working on to replace the tranny to get it going again and is there any special tools needed to remove the basket to take the tranny out? |

SAV models are junk.....discard it. They have discontinued the design because they were problematic.....leaky triple lip tub seal....tranny problems etc. They do require some special tools, so run quickly away from it!! LOL |
