I have always been a huge fan of Hoover - From when my folks has the Electron 1100 thro the Logic 1000Deluxe to the New wave 1400 machine.The latter being dropped by removals and the insurance company making me buy from a particular store. They didn't stock Hoover ( and have heard that the last few years they have made dud machines) so opted for a bosch Exceel 1400. It's an OK machine but for me the final spin is the most important part of the machine as I don't like dryers. The bosch has an 11min final spin cycle but only reaches 1400 for a matter of seconds and the clothes come out pretty damp. The new wave used to have a final spin of 6mins and would hit the top speed for most of this. I am considering dumping the boasch and buying the new Hoover Vision 1600 8KG. Anyone have any experience with these machines? Is the final spin any good? Are they quiet? Any comments would be very grateful Cheers
