Here's the first round of dishes in the KDS-18 after Christmas. With much of the family over, I did 3 loads of dishes that day. The old Hobart Kitchenaid got them sparkely clean!!!

What are the qualificatons of a "Bob Load" tm,? Is it maximum dishes per load, or correct loading for cleaning the specific load? Looking at the above photos, I would have crammed in some more dishes, silver and bowls?
