Seeming as it's a little bird's birthday a week this Sunday, I think it would be nice if somebody bought it and sent it to the little bird... *hint hint* :-D |

Will do lol- I need to talk nicely to a friend and see if we can pick it up Sunday eve :). The hoses, door gasket, stat seals, pump etc are all still availiable for this- hopefully one of those will cure it! Seamus P.s I did actually rescue one like in Robs brochure about a year ago but unfortunatly the main programme pcb was faulty. This part was still listed then, but was best part of £100!!!- its defiantly obsolete now tho! |

Most things for old hoovers are still ready availiable thankfully. They must know how good they are :p I bought a motor off a guy for my logic but it doesnt fit my machine. im proper p'd off the guy said he'd try and find me the right one. alas he's not got back to me...the pot luck of ebay as they say. the computer control is such a nice looking machine. I always thought how you could top that classic hoover look? Throw in some flashy lights and hey presto:D I'm still on the never ending search for a computer logic/ecologic. that would be a dream. If i'm right i believe the computer control was one of very few hoovers that span inbetween each of the synthetic rinse cycles. Good luck restoring this beauty. Darren |

I do know an ex Hoover engineer who has promised me a couple if he can find them lol!! Really looking forward to getting this now :-D Seamus |

Hey Nick The Zanussi is a loan machine - cant remember the model lol! AFAIK all proper Servis machines had this drawer- in case you were wondering bout the auto powder reference it has use automatic powder only embossed into the plastic!. The fab con setup is odd- see the pretty obvious syphon in the front compartment. Will report further on Monday ;) I will def investigate this one - would be gr8 to fix it! Cheers Seamus |

That is a nice nice servis, I'd love this one to upgrade me 6020 model. Its a fantastic machine with huge flexiblity. Would be great if you fixed it. The only thing i dont like about my model is the spin-care drum. Though it was way before its time for fabric care before your honeycomb drums, The only thing is when washing towels. When it spins water can't get out fast enough. This model has a normal drum which they went back to post spin-care drums. Fantastic pics seamus. Correct i am green :p Darren |

Wow! See I can keep my gob shut sometimes.....when I dont go near the PC for days lol. Nice finds mate! I can sense a phonecall coming on, coz I wana hear that Quartz going! Oh the memories of them Softener Syphons as a child, and watching the net curtains wash when I used to spend school holidays at my Nans. With the original, best and first Persil Bio liquid too! I used to swipe the syphon out of my Nans Quartz 602/603 (Original Design quartz with the small square door no less"!) while she wasnt looking. Usually turned up days later in a toybox somewhere LOL. Somewhere there is a pic of me about 4/5 years old sat in front of it but these pictures only come to light at 18th/21st birthdays and it will be a long 7 year wait to the big 30! If only I could find it! Nick |
