As soon as the other video posts, I will share the link. Tomorrow I will show you the second Blackstone that is a later model solid tub machine. Meanwhile, here's a little teaser for tomorrow!

Hi Mark, I remember the above Blackstone from the late 60's that was displayed at a Carmel Lumber company. It was a beautiful solid tub SS machine with a filter flo like pan. Real nice washer. I hope it is in good working condition. I actually never saw a Blackstone wash. I hope you are doing well.
Best Wishes
Peter

Boy, that all-stainless look is gorgeous. I think that's the first time I've seen a Blackstone in action, too. Thanks for posting!

Beautiful Blackstone guys!! Nothing beats a Blackstone's stainless steel look! Love the sound on the second video...squish, squish, squish!!

I've never seen a modern Blackstone! When did they quit manufacturing their washers? Can't wait to see this one in action!

So that's where you've been Steve!! I was wondering why I haven't heard from you! LOL

Blackstone spinning!

Here's the stainless steel spinning! I have no idea what the squeak is from. It hasn't done it since we filmed??? Mark

Venus, I believe the washers were discontinued during the mid 70s. My understanding, however, is that the company continues even today, manufacturing something else.

Wonderful machines indeed! Judging by all the clothes Gary is wearing, I can't honestly say I'm sorry not to be there to enjoy the fun right at this moment, but looks like a great time had by all!

WOOHOO!!!

Congratulations guys, what AWESOME machines, especially that 60's model! Where in the world did you find these?

Looks like you are having fun with that 350 as well, and its power spray fill! It's amazing how smooth these machines operate, with the precision of a vintage automobile. So radically different from the average machine of its time and built like a TANK. I am still amazed at how quiet they are. The video you posted has me REALLY itching to get back to Roger's next month and put a full load in his machine so I can really see how the action is! Last time we only ran a few cloth napkins in there due to motor start switch issues on spin, but he later told me they cleared up on their own after a few more uses.

And, once again, a big YAY for less talk and more action...this should really liven things up around here! :)

Man Mark - talk about the mother load of Blackstones - 3 times the fun! The 350 machine is totally fab - you've just gotta love those lighted dials. Thanks so much for taking the time this weekend to shot the film and post the photos - such a joy!

Ohhh Mark, great finds, how fabulous! Congratulations, I love all three Blackstones. I think I have the owners manual to the 1970's machine around here somewhere, if I can find it I will scan it.

I can't wait to see what the inside of the 1960's model looks like!

I'm speechless and ecstatic and writhing in joy.

That chrome with the huge golden orbs and the giant primary lettering-- Sweet Jesus, Abraham, and Budda!!

What about that the giant Blackstone gem on the peach sunset background --Camera trick or real?

Thank you for dreams from another planet, so rare and unknown, the Blackstone!

Hi Mickeyd!

The Blackstone gem on the peach sunset background is purely accidental. I'm a terrible photo taker! Mark
