Ohh We get that too.

This machine is selling in Australia!

Its just been released you can see it at most Harvey Norman stores. Its selling for a premium price $1499. But they are offering a 10 year warranty with it.

It has a really cool looking tub with two paddles like a front loader drum and a huge dish shaped pulsator at the bottom. I think it would be quite dramatic to watch the wash.

It also has a little clear plastic lid over the tub ring which I assume is to stop splashing.

Haier top loader

Hi Arrrooohhh,
Yes I have seen this machine as well and it looks like a real beauty,if it is selling well I would put that down to the 10 year warranty as I understand it covers service, parts and labour costs as well.
Did you know that Choice included it in their most recent tests and unfortunately it did not rate that well.
What do you think of Haier's other range of top loaders?,I think they look okay,a bit better than Samsung's and L.G.'s however now that I am used to using the twintub I don't think I would go back to an automatic washer anymore.
Cheers.
Steve.

if you take a look at the HDB24EA Dishwasher and read the technical specs, i can tell you right now everything they say in there is a lie!!!!!

I have this machine in my apartment. it is a sick mix between a whirlpool and ge machine. all they did was copy those desins, and somehow make it worse.

the machine is absolutely aweful!

From what I have heard in the past, Haier has some real reliability issues to work out, but I imagine down there in South Carolina, they could be employing some of the Ex Maytag washing machine builders to build Haiers at their new plant down there!
