I can pickup a new Amana NAV model washer for $225.. This is one of those crappy ones right??? I have room for an extra one in my storage closet and i'd love to have an extra one to play with

Chad, I know I am being like Dr. Phil when I write this but I find that you set yourself up for trouble. From what I read here, stay away from Amana AnythingAV machines. I think you will get more satisfaction restoring the older GE.

No this wouldn't become my daily driver, just a play toy
