Cabinet on washer looks like a 1-18. Lid does not. Dryer cabinet and door look like 1-18. Cannot read was is printed on console's. Are they 1-18's?

Yes that are the 1/18 design, but its really a "16". The washer fills only to the "Normal" setting level on a 1/18 or to the top of the last cone.

I've never seen those in coin-op's. I remember working on the older rollermatic coin ops. There was a laundramat in Niles Michigan, that had Frigidaires, and Whirlpool, and my dad did their service work.

Two handles!

Wow, two ways of opening the lid! The normal side indentation and a center-mounted plastic handle similar to what Whirlpool BDs had. It's also interesting that the lid opens back instead of to the side.

And all this time I thought only Rollermatic solid-tub coin-ops were produced in the 70's...

Ah, but in a laundromat, they'd probably still try to stuff 18-20 pounds in! More bang for the buck. With the absence of the bulky control panel and the aluminum backsplash, it looks Huge & cheesy!

Oh! To find a closed laundromat with a bunch of these machines! I would replace my 6 GE's with them in a heartbeat!
