How odd... it looks like a giant mop bucket!

I have one and...

they're a lot of fun. A lot of work but a lot of fun. It is designed for smaller loads and it will, sometimes, tangle the laundry up with the side impeller. I hope one of you gets this neat washer :-)

I have one too

It makes a lovely display item, next to 4 front loaders!~ About 5 or 6 years ago I took mine apart and put it back together here on the site, basically. It seems to me I had even hosted up video's of it running..which I still have.

So, if you wanna see photos of the thing, or even a video of it running...I got 'em.

I've actually had 2 or 3 of them go through my hands through the years...with and without pumps. The one I have now is gravity drain. It's really a very smooth and powerful machine - so much so that it will make a pile of lint out of just about anything you put in.

It is fun to look at, though. God Lord, we've come a long way.

HOlla from Hollywood.

Bob

It reminds me of the first Hoover single tubs with manual wringer especially with that impeller on the side of the tub.
