It's a Whirlpool world washer! Although, it doesn't look automatic? It doesn't spin?

Is there a wringer attachment that pops out somewhere, or brackets for a spinner attachment? What a bizzare looking washer?

What sort of guest laundry facilities were in the hotel/resort where you stayed?

No wringer

There was no wringer that I could find on this machine. they did have some wringer washers and I do have pic of those and will try to post.
WELL! Our Villa ..... had Carmen she did our dainties, and the small loads were done by hand. I did cop a look at the laundry facilities and they were newer Whirlpool.
We also had Pepe and he did a few loads for us which to show the attention these items deserve he also did them by hand. Wink, Wink, Nod, Nod! (:>)

What's Available in Puerto Vallarta?

I would like to buy a front load (full size) stackable washer and dryer for a home in Puerto Vallarta, MX. Anyone out there have first hand knowledge of what is available from merchants in that area? I have heard that buying from someone who can also service the machine locally is important. Any info. about buying laudry equipment in the PV area will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
John.

Hi everyone!!!

Because Iīm mexican I guess I should know things about brands sold here. If youīre looking for a FL you will find almost the same models than in the US but because of the importing taxes you could find them more expensive than in your country. I could recommend you buy something cheap thinking that you will travel just a few times during the year to PV, so I donīt see the point of something really expensive waiting to be used every 2 months or so. In my opinion, you could buy an excellent TL Whirlpool with lots of features and not so expensive and you could find them in almost any store. Another brand which is mexican and really heavy duty machines without paying too much is Koblenz. Check on the next link www.koblenz.com.mx... in the middle of the page there is an option where it says LAVADORAS (washers) and there you could see the different models, features, washing basket and agitator and so, the only bad thing for you is that all the information comes in Spanish. If you donīt understand something donīt hesitate on asking, I will be really glad to answer all of your questions. The perfectwash link will show you the pictures of the tub and agi. I hope you like them. The new ones have internal electricity regulator to prevent damages in case there are break circuit cuts.

Tub and agi

Here it is. Tina de acero inoxidable (Stainless steel tub), agitador en espiral (Spirilator agitator), 8 ultraletas (8 miniimpellers) the last ones have a funny way of working, while the agitator is going one way, the tub and impellers are going the other so this asures that clothes are being scrubbed on a gentle way at any time.
