The oil seal for the original Norge tranmsission is still avaiable (or at least was five years ago). But they are so old that the rubber had sort of hardened and since it is a standard oil shaft seal I would pick up a brand new one at a bearing/seal store. That is what I did for my '56 Norge when I found oil all over the floor one morning.
