Not much other info.My brother says their later model DD (with spiral tub holes)isn't spinning properly.I'll try to get more info.Says it DOES nuetral drain completely.???

Could be a small article of clothing wedged between the tubs or wedged between the tub ring and tub top. If it takes off slowly and takes awhile to climb to full speed, you might have a worn, oily clutch ring that is slipping too much.
