My partner and I have had our HE3s for about 3-4 years now, so of course it's probably time for a new set. Still deciding on which way to go.

One of the things I discovered with the HE3 washer, is that you really can trick it to fill will more water. I do this by starting a delicate cycle and letting it fill for about a minute. Then, I press pause and switch to the handwash cycle, selecting warm wash. It will continue to fill for about four more minutes and the water will come up to the door. Then, I pause it again and select the cycle I want, and badda-bing, badda-boom! maximum drama in the wash cycle! Of course, the extra water will probably take the bearings out early, but what the hell! My hair fell out at 33, so I'm used to things disappointing me by not lasting as long as they should.
