I'm on holiday, time to fix the washer and dryer. I've just spent about three hours reading through postings on this list. You guys are amazing. Now I want a pair of centre dial 70s vintage Tags.
Well, ours were made in the 80s. White, not Almond. The biggest problem is that the washer, after filling, starts and then after a couple of seconds kicks down into slow and then shuts off. It seems like an overload/thermal protector has shut it down (there is a "click").
Any suggestions?
My wife wants to get new ones.
I'll tell you about the dryer later; at least its functional.
