Tonight while on the phone with grams she was looking at the 1970's brochures.. She had to replace her dishwasher in 1975 and grandpa was friends with a westinghouse/frigidaire/GE dealer in mimai (i know because i found the recipt from there 1978 Westinghouse dryer which she showed me a picture of and swears it was a kenmore).. Anyway, she said that she didn't have those, she had one made by oldsmobile and ti came from a catalog from sears.. Thats why she got it was because it was made by oldsmobile and grandpa loved oldsmobiles. They also got a matching fridge with ice and water dispenser around that time.. LoL.. I asked if she ment frigidaire and she said no, they where Kenmore by oldsmobile... She swears up and down.. WIsh i had a 1970s frigidaire brochure, she has a picture she was looking at so when i go down next time i will look and see what brand it is. Me thinks its a Frigidaire or GE... I think she is remembering the GM part of Frigidaire
