I think there was a Profile Wizard, which was GE's typical top-load model, but with stainless steel tub and electronic touch pad controls. IIRC, I saw one at Home Depot once. At least I think it was Profile Wizard.

The GE Wizard set (washer and dryer) was differentiated from the rest of the GE line by the fact that it comes with a FULL 10 year warranty on parts and labor for both the washer and dryer. That warranty alone made them more expensive than other similar models in the same family.

NOPE

That pic is of the top of the line Profiles. The Wizard had a smaller electronic control panel on it, and was badged "Wizard" on the front as well.

This GE Wizard has nothing to do with Western Auto Stores; I take it. I wonder if there is going to be a lot of backlash from the religious right about a washer called Genesis and the GE Wizard pair. I remember all of the fuss over the topic of wizards in Harry Potter. Last night I heard the Hallelujah Chorus on the TV. I looked up and saw two bears, one blue and one pink running toward two Port-O-Lets, in matching colors. It was an ad for Charmin toilet tissue. I do not understand the connection between the product and the music, although many people would probably relate to a hymn of thanksgiving upon reaching the facilities, Bach's chorale setting of Nun danket alle Gott, perhaps.
