Check the Picture of the Day . . . for some maybe the GE mix 'n match colors are traumatizing, dunno why though. Much as I like the kitchen, I'm sure anyone lucky enough to have it new eventually regretted it when either the wall-mount refrigerator-freezer or the washer-dryer combo needed service.

I know if I had any or all of those appliances in any colour I would be far from tramatized, or even traumatized. Is one charcoal, and one a Navy blue? I wouldn't mix though.

I think I have seen this picture before, but I never noticed that the washer/dryer has no window. I assume this is an early version of the combo?

Tramatize ...

I seen this POD before (I love the color of the combo) but this is the first time I noticed the use of the word "Tramatic" to describe the color choices. (Good catch, Jon!) I wonder if they meant to use the word "Dramatic" and it's a typo that was somehow missed during proofreading? (Either that or maybe someone accidently on purpose mis-spelled the word?!?)

GE Combo , no window! The engineers at GE moved over to Maytag to produce the windowless Neptune!
And they are now busy in the lab working on a totally windowless Blender & High Rise Office Building! YiPPEE!

There's a cool thing in linguistics called blending, example: Motel is a blending of motor--cause ya have to drive there--and hotel, so methinks tramatize is a blending of trauma and drama. In any event, a typo could not get that far up the verbal food chain--virtually impossible--so either Jon is hacking or we have blending or I'm so naive I need to go to my quiet place and suck my thumb awhile.

OMG I just got it

Better late than never, I guess.

I bet the owners of those original combos were tramatized too.

I'd like to have something in Cadet blue some time. Perhaps a wall hung fridge.
