I wonder If this this neat machine will be purchased here in europe soon?

Its such a beauty, so it doesnt make me wonder that a couple of miele machines won the red dot design award!

Do you still have high end american washer brands?

I have always believed that anything Miele produces is simply the best...period. This new machine seems to have it all... Miele's legendary technology and innovation including our demand for "beyond huge" capacity and super high spin speeds. I am sure the durability will be there. Ashtetically, it is looking a little Bosch/Siemens, but that is fine for me.

Miele W4840

In Germany we had a lot of high classed washers.
to summ up a few:

Miele
AEG
Bosch
Siemens
Constructa
Bauknecht

But most of the Brands had been sold to big companies, that misused the good reputation.
Bosh and Siemens are average washers, but not as good as they were jears ago. But now they have a new market to explore, since the USA became a bit more ecologie minded.

My favourite washer was AEG, from Berlin Germany. But since Elektrolux bought them, only the high end machines are still produced in Germany!

Miele is out of competition. The new models, in my opinion, are a bit to stylish, but miele always was innovative(thats not special, others wer too)but also userfriendly and easy to operate!
And finaly Miele is a synonym for Heavy Duty!

So I'm looking foreward to my first miele washer, even tough it will be used. But this way it only costs me about 370§ instead of about 1000 for a new one!

maybe you folks are interested to have a look at my new baby!
