Plase contact: Eric at efgollan@udel.edu I found your webpage on vintage washing machines while looking for information on what to do with a distinctive aged dryer that came with our house (1940s duplex) in Wilmington, Delaware. We are looking to find it a new home and were certainly interested in hearing if you have any interest or suggestions. I'm attaching a couple of photos. I don't know how well it works, but I'd bet it's been in the house since it was delivered new. The finish is good and it appears to have all its original parts, including trim and knobs. From the wiring diagram and plate it is a Model D-6. Thanks in advance for your help! |
