Ok - My washer died tonight (so I thought) but it turns out that it just no longer spins. Not sure how to go about correcting this....

It's a Whirlpool Ultimate Care II which is just a little more than 4 years old.

sorry about this second post... I did not see the first thread appear quick enough so I figured my dial-up connection must have been the culprit... if anyone can delete this one it's cool with me.
