These are located in Seattle. I have not received a response yet from them as to whether or not they are still available. I would get them today, but can't wait around to hear back so maybe someone else can snag them.

Question!

danemodsandy's profile picture
That early P*7 self-cleaning range (that looks like a '63 or '64 model) brings up a question.

Does anyone know how restorable/repairable P*7's of this vintage are? Are they just a timer, etc., or are there HTF xener diodes, triacs, or whatever to be dealt with?

Anyone living with one of these beauties- please share your stories! Thanx.

Whoa!!!

Isn't that washer/dryer TOL?

This would almost complete an entire vintage appliance set! All that would need to be found is the dishwasher.

Sandy, I also spotted that P-7 self cleaner at 60 paces. A highschool acquaintance, folks had the same stove in coppertone. They Were a modern marvel back then. arthur.

Wow, wonder if the washer is a V-14 with the mini-basket... I would love to get a turquoise washer and dryer set - I am hoping I will one of these days!

He just emailed me and told me they're gone. Terrible way to end the day. In case anyone was interested, they were the TOL's from 1963:

I am happy to announce I was the lucky buyer of these items!
I am so excited! My first vintage washer and dryer set. Having items shipped and will post pictures of the first wash day!

Can anyone give me any tips on running these machines?

Call me when you get these

Hi,

I have the basically the same set. The set you bought are exactly what I grew up with, in the same color. They are a great pair.

Call me and I can assist you in evaluating their condition and things to look out for. I would also love to see them. I live in Long Beach.

Mike
