Have a look at these two web sites:

www.ignis.it... (Italian -low end- Whirlpool brand)

www.laden.fr... (French -is it low end?- Whirlpool brand)

They don't even try to give each brand a separate image!!!

What about then over there in US for Kenmore/Cabrio!? And what about Ariston/Hotpoint (btw, now here either Ariston started to swap from the old brand into the new for us Hotpoint...for a period I think there will be the doble-branding then...Hotpoint only!)

Always French strangenesses... Brandt there...Sangiorgio here

And if you try to search for an Electroloux over the ocean...what happens!? FRIGIDAIRE!

Well the Kenmore Oasis and the Whirlpool Cabrio are both made by Whirlpool. That's why they are so similar. There is also a Maytag-branded version of the machine called the Maytag Bravos. Probably the same thing about the Ariston/Hotpoint. I wouldn't know because niether of those brands are avalible in the USA.

 If I found the website of these brands related to the US, why wouldn't you find any appliances overthere from Ariston or Hotpoi? It would'nt make sense to show them in the website while they're not available!
