and its reasonably local! Oh how I wished the property market had crashed by now. This is one beauty I can only dream of owning one day. Although it is the 4th or 5th to turn up in the past 3months or so they are always never so local or not in very good condition. Thanks for posting Paul, btw how are you? Rob

I know the feeling Rob - it's a pain with all this stuff available and not being able to accomodate any of it. It pains me every time, I stumble across something - a fair number of goodies available at the moment too.

Wow thats a change and a half! Well from hotel and catering anyways, dunno if you said what you do currently. Although I do believe we are short on plumbers, Corgi Registered gas fitters and the such should be plenty of cash there! Yeah the holiday was great thanks. One of them places I was kind of glad to get back from but now Im wishing I was still there. My new position at Tesco is stressful at the minute. Im barely rid of headaches when I get a new one, guess got to keep smiling :) Thanks again for Hotpoint link. Im deep in thought about this one, considerin I know of a couple of places in Manchester I can pay to store it. Need to look into cost but I believe there is demand for cheap storage and some entrepreneurs are opening up self serve lock ups to store any amount you want. We will see!
