I can get a new whirlpool duet ghw9300pw at a very good price that is cheeper then the new amana NFW7200TW. which one would you guys recomend?

Both are good washers...the Whirlpool is bigger, and it has a window.

Is this the original style of Duet with the pink and green buttons? I'm pretty sure it is because I'm pretty sure that model number is the same as the one I bought earlier this year on clearance. Lowe's was unloading all of their old style Duets to make room for the new ones. Overall I'm very happy with my machine and would recommend it especially if you can get it cheap.

I think the NFW amana is a rebadged maysung 6700.

Also, the older Duets have a window you can see through. I think the newer ones are smoked and it's more difficult to watch the action.

Whirlpool Duet

I had a Duet set for 5 years. Never a problem with washer or dryer. Quiet and cleaned well. AND I liked having the window in the door to see what was going on.
