The ad is for an Edgestar washer/drier... but this is the kind of drier that takes 7 hours to dry a load of laundry, is that correct? I've never even heard of that brand before! Thanks!

does it work now?

orlando.craigslist.org/hsh/502938...

I tested it this time... thanks for pointing that out. I know this is "bad" system of drying, but I thought I might be able to just is it as a front load washer and still get a separate drier.

Can you fit more laundry in a top load portable than a front load? I do not care about the amount of water it uses, I just want to be able to wash the most possible at a time. Thanks

Seven hours to dry?

Yeesh! That would send my electric bill through the roof. And I'm not that patient.

well

I'm going with this one! It only takes one or two hours to dry, and regular driers take one so I think I'll be fine. I'll be saving money in quarters anyway. Plus, I can disconnect it during the dry cycle and move it of the kitchen just like my dishwasher.

The guy was nice enough to drop the price to 200 dollars for me and move it to his new house this saturday so that I have time to pick it up!
