ok first the concrete block snapped off. so i take the back right spring out and its fine buut. it was all good for a couple of weeks but now its died. the timer starts but nothing happens. sometimes it works but it jolts the whole way through its tumbles. and when it goes into spin it might spin or it wil go back to dead and keep the timer running.

whats happened?
and how long do i have to works to fix it haha jks nah how much would it cost.?

your washer

hey,i often seen the concrete block to come off in the whirlpools,it has obviously damaged the timer,i.e dust ect has gotten in and possibly the block has hit it ect, also check the wiring loom as some wires may be broken, how old is your washer?,it can be fixed but at a cost and some time id say

Hi

If the motor has carbon brushes it may be that these need replacing. Jolting and not spinning is a classic sign that the brushes need replacing.

Its something else to check before giving up.
