Any idea of the age of the following Frigidaire dishwasher? Could it be a GM era model?

Rich, it looks to be a later 1970's model. Towards the end of the GM period.

Either later 70's or very early 80's and the dreaded WCI - nooooooooooo!

Actually, the GM Frigidaire wouldn't have been much better than the WCI - in dishwasher terms, the changeover was pretty much a lateral move.

That's a WCI model. Actually, not a horrible machine, not a great one. Has a horizontally mounted motor like the GEs. Decent room inside, with a tower in the center of the bottom rack. A bit noisy.
