Hi we are moving back to Delaware so we sold our 2000 model whirlpool washer and dryer. We reinstalled the owners early 80's belt drive whirlpool washer and dryer, the washer is leaking water during the drain and spin cycle, the hoses look good and the water is coming out from the bottom of the machine. Is this going to be an expensive repair???

You need to determine where it's leaking. Might be as simple as a pump, or a hose, or as major as a center seal, rusted out outer tub, or similar.
