Easy was made by the Easy Wahing Machine Company in Syracuse, NY. Then they were sold to Murray Corp, who came up with the Velva-Power design, then to Huff, who scrapped the design and sold rebranded Hotpoint machines as Easy. At the very end, they were bought by WCI who only kept a Franklin tranny version around for a few years before retiring the name completely.

Correction: Easy was made by the Syracuse Washing Machine Co in Syracuse, NY. Got to give the correct props to my Central NY area.
