I seem to remember (many years back) that Sears sold some type of twin tub washer. Did that exist, or am I confused? If so, was it just a rebadged Hoover? Happy Mardi Gras! Todd

If we're talking about the same machine, I vaguely remember it, too. It was called the "Kenmore Kart."

Kenmore Kart

Yes we had one it was more basic than the Hoovers. Ours was a white body and a big light blue cover. No automatic rinse on it. Would stand there with the spinner spinning and run the water through the hose onto the spinner. Purchased it at the North Shepard Sears in Houston. Lived in the Hieghts area at that time (May 1972). We used it for about 1 1/2 years traded it for a used washer and dryer (RCA Whrilpool)
