Found this in the cellar--a couple of panels from a shipping box for a Universal washer. The panels are made out of plywood, not cardboard. Printing reads "Universal Electric Washer" followed by "Landers, Frary & Clark, New Britain, CT". I have no recollection of what was inside this box; just wanted to share the picture.

I searched on Google and found this link to powerhousemuseum.com in Sydney, Austrlia. Their description of a Universal wringer dates it at 1939. Anybody in Sydney been to this museum, and perhaps seen this machine?
