Hey Guys,

Well, the calls just keep coming! I have the opportunity to get this 1968 Simpson Four Speed Programmed Fluid Drive washer. It's been sitting in a shed for the past 10 years in a rural town 2 states away from me.

This is one model down from my All push button model that i already have. I love the colour coded control panel. I think this alone is sealing the deal for me. Pics aren't the best as its from a disposable camera.

I have included the cycle chart for this model so you will know how it works. The dial is Normal Cycle (Green), Short Cycle (Blue), Permanent Press (Yellow) and Soak (Red)

Cheers
Leon

I'm assuming the dispenser marked "B" is for bleach. What's the "P" one for?

veg

Of course you want it!

What a beautiful machine. I cant believe what luck you have had in finding all these Simpsons I do believe they all need to be rescued and preserved!

Can I ask if this one is in Victoria too? It seems like all the good stuff is in Victoria.

That is a beautiful machine, if it is a lighted console it will sure look sharp with all the colors on the panel.
