Sounds like the bearings are gone or there is some other serious mechanical failure. | ||

this sounds exactly what happened to me about 9 years ago when i had an old hotpoint FL. Only difference was that I couldn't turn the drum at all as it had totally seized up | ||

Sounds very simular to what happened to my Zanussi - Electrolux, we ended up getting rid of it because it used to go MAD! The time came when it started crashing about and causing a flood which ruined all the electrics in the machine! I think maybe the unbalanced protector sensor went faulty on mine! ohh ... yeap... my washer was dancing like yours and much more!! Tomorrow I'll call to electrolux service center but I dont think that the repair is a good idea because the machine is 2-3 years old! Its time for something different... Hair & Amana are available now at Greece so Haier Toploader its a good idea. | ||
