Hi everybody,

Of course, you know twin tub washers (Hoovermatic, Hotpoint ...).

In France too we had them in 60's.

I've just sent two videos of my site about a very famous twin tub washer: FLANDRIA

The first illustrates the washing of a load of clothes.
The second shows the spin and spray rinse of the first load and the wash of the second load.

Enjoye and see you.

Bert

Hi Bert.

Fantastic vids! Thank you!

What a great machine. I like the controls...they look great. The wash action seems very good. The British Rolls machines with simular wash action were not as powerful because the pulsator at the bottom of the tub was a lot smaller. I see its a good size in this machine so creates more powerful currents.
I also really like the rinse system in the spinner. A lot like our Servis twin tub machines although we were behind in the date for automatic rinsing in the spinner. Great you could get the sysytem in 1957.

Thanks again!

Mark

Great videos again! IIRC Flandria was a Belgium brand, correct?

Flandria is the first company who sold wood washing machines in 1898 (in the North of France).
