This dryer is probably a 1977 or 78, maybe the very first of the "new" style Speed Queen dryers. This is a washer brochure for 1976 but the same control panels were used until around late 78 and into 79, the last year of the solid tub washers for SQ. The new style dryers were intro'd sometime in 78 I believe.
