I have sales literature for the Energy Saver V (KD-20) series that show the sink/dishwasher combo available. This line was manufactured between 1981-1984. Ironically, the unit available for sale is my model that I am currently using in my kitchen. The difference is that my top is porcelain and theirs is stainless steel. (I would have preferred the stainless.) I noticed the original KitchenAid disposal in their picture. That is really cool. My kitchen is on it's 3rd disposal since the dishwasher sink unit was installed in 1968. |
