1)I am in need of the inner bellows, outer bellows seems ok, but perhaps should be replaced as well. (I did not realize there were two bellows in these Rollermatics, one inside the other)

2) Pump seal kit. What comes with this kit anyway? It was a real bitch getting this to come apart. (It was much harder to get this one apart than on my 57 Unimatic)

3) The bearing, or roller assembly that actuates the pulsate arm. The bearing is shot. Has a lot of play in it, and makes a grinding sound when turned by hand. The loose bearing also makes the roller move back and forth, which transmits an intermitant knocking sound up and into the tub.
The pulsate arm itself is nice and tight, and does not need to be replaced.

Anyone out there have any or all of these parts for sale?

Thank you! <:

May have some of what you need

I know that I have purchased "spare parts" over the past few years for my 1965 Frigidaire and for the 1-18. I will dig through my workshop to see if I have anything that may help you. Will check in the next day or two. Take care. Todd

Good luck on your washer Rick. I like the lighted panel.

Hopefully both your project and my 1-18 project will turn out great.

Any pics of your '57 unimatic?

So have you decided to restore the 66 WCIK after all?

It is such a beautiful machine and especially the fact that it's a complete set.

Best of luck in finding the parts you need. I'm sure there are a few members who will help you out.

Patrick

Hi Patrick, Yes, I am restoring the set. The chrome mouldings on these machines turned me around. They really are beautiful, so I changed my mind about salvaging the washer for the transmition.

Now I need to find another Rollermatic for parts (because I am saving this one) to use to install a Rollermatic transmition in the 1960 Custom Imperial I have. Anybody out there have a rapid dry for parts?

Rick,

I didn't have a 1967-1968 Rapidry transmission with a sure spin clutch to help Dave out, but it's very possible I still have a 1965-1966 Rapidry transmission with the impact clutch. I know I do have at least one 7531061 NOS mechanism support. I won't be home until late Sunday night. I'll check it out next week.

Rich

I might have what you need

Hi Rick, Can you take a picture of the part that you are talking about. I just might have what you need. If you are talking about the larger wheel that the pulsator arm attaches too i have one that might work.....

I didn't take a pixs, however..... <:

I did wipe it off before I scanned it on the scanner....

At any rate, here is the roller part I need. The bearing is "shot" in the roller part. Grinds and is very loose. The pulsator arm is not worn or loose. I just did not remove the arm from the roller. There is also a black iron weight that attaches to the top of the roller. I removed that weight part and have it out in the garage.

Let me know if you have one. I also need the pump seal kit, and "oil" bellows. (the smaller inner bellows)

Thanks!
Rick
