I just acquired what I'm told is a 1969 model GE dryer. It is white and more or less in pristine shape, with lighted control panel, porcelain top, and foot pedal release for the door. I will follow this up with pictures in a day or two, but for now I just wanted to put it out there that I have this in case anyone would like it. I don't know much about what is significant with GEs, so if I left anything out, just let me know. The machine is in Charlotte and needs a collector who'll appreciate it. Have a good week everyone! Finally I have a picture of the dryer. It's in remarkably nice shape for a near 40 year old machine (I'm told anyway that it is a 1969 model). Hopefully someone here will want it. I haven't touched it other than to put it in my storage building....the last owner kept it this clean. If this dryer is of interest, please let me know. Enjoy the weekend all! |
