Check to see if there is an adjustment screw on the water level switch. The level switch is mounted behind the control panel. Usually a reddish-orange color and has the small hose connected to it. It may have a small screw that is usually painted in position. Turning clockwise will increase the amount of pressure(water) needed to trip the switch.
The Neptune uses two water levels. Wash level is different than rinse. So there might be two adjustments. I'm not sure, I never really looked.
