Hi, I dont know if I'm losing my marbles or not but...

When the Hotpoint WMA range was introduced, was there a television advert advertising the Ultima model, and something about its 26 min fastwash?

I seem to remember there was a group of people saying something about getting all of their outfits washed in 26 minutes... and when the load was done they hung all of the clothes on a washing line on a cliff or something...

Can someone please confirm that this advert did or did not exist...

Thanks!

yes, you're right.
I also remember that it was the fastest wash at that time. I have the wma58 in polar white however i don't know the spin speed on the fast wash, i assume it's about 1000???
Nowadays the fastest wash on 30oc is about 14/15 minutes-beko, bosch, hotpoint aqualtis washer dryer etc. But the temperature on the 26 minute fast wash is 35oc slightly higher!

Thank god im not going mad!!!
Anyone have it on their computer? I cannot for the life of me find it anywhere on the internet!!

Thanks for those pics too darren!!

And Dyson2Drums i believe that 1000 is the correct spin speed on fastwash

It is a bit late but here is the link to the advert, on YouTube.

Hope it helps, though I'm guessing you will have found it by now!

Jacob
