You shouldn't have any trouble getting it out, with the power turned off, remove (and mark if necessary) the wires on the left side of the heater unit then just remove the two phillips head screws and it should pull down from the tank with no trouble. Here is a quick pic of my KDS-15 in the garage. Work safe and good luck! |

The motor appears to be at the very front of the machine, correct? The KDS-14 is toward the rear of the machine. This looks much easier to service. Thank you all! |
