Hi guys!!!! Well, as most of you have probably heard, my last washer, the Hoover Vision was very unreliable and has a very shott life! A few weeks ago it was refunded and taken away and we decided it was time to get a more premium machine!! :D So we ordered the Miele W3922WPS! It was delivered this morning and already I'm shocked at the quality of it! A truly amazing washing machine!

CONGRATS!!!

That's a GORGEOUS washer! I wish they'd make the knob available in the US, it seems Miele is the only FL washer in the US these days to not have one, I just love that light around it! Is the tub lit by an LED bulb? Another thing I wish they'd offer on US Miele machines!

Congratulations!! That is a wonderful Miele model! I love the straight control panel, they only sell the slanted ones overhere in the Netherlands.

Happy washing!

Hi guys!! Thanks for all your kind comments about the Miele!! :D:D!

I'm really begging to see that spending a bit extra on a premium brand is really well worth it! Ive been giving it alot of use yesterday and today and I can honetly say that it is really amazing! It works so effortlessly no matter how much you use it! So far Ive used the Cottons, Delicates, and Minimum Iron cycles which have all performed greatly and better than my expectations lol!! Everyone ( Including me ) are shocked at how quiet the machine is! Even at 1600 it only produces a quiet whiring sound!

I will addmit though that the water useage is much lower than that of my last washer, however ( and i never thought id say this)! but the results are even better, I think its now Ive realised how important the drum rythum and interim spinning is! Ive found 2 rinses is pleanty for most loads and Ive not used the Extra Rinse option yet!

So, so far so good, and Im very very pleased with it :D! Heres a few pics of it!

Does the interior light stay lit while running?

Oh, I'm going to need a bigger handbag for one of these and the 421S!

Hi Richard.

Congratulations on purchasing a superb machine. It looks stunning and have always been smitten by the 'Miele Illuminations'. They have style.

Problem is though that you shouldnt have to replace it for twenty years!
If you do have cause to - get on that phone and give them hell!

Brilliant machine - have fun.
Cheers
paul

Hello Richard

I am really pleased for you, that's a superb machine. I absolute love the Miele styling. I really wish I could afford one of these for my flat but I think it really can't be justified. What are the program lengths like?

Hopefully it will give you many happy years of great washing.

Rob

Hiya Rob!

The program lengths are really acceptable so far I must say, esspecially with the short option which produces some really good results in a short time, however Im one of these people who like a decently long cycle for some washing lol! It really does choose what it wants to do cycle length though, the other day it chopped 40mins of a Cottons cycle as the load wasnt very big which was quite handy! :D

Hi
How long was the original cottons cycle and what was the temperature?
Cool, it chopped 40 mins!

Yeah even I was suprised it took that much off lol! The orginal cycle was cottons 40c with water plus, I think it started around the 2hr marks and the load percentage was 75%, then a few minutes into the cycle it jumped right down to 1hr20! It must of sensed that the load wasnt too big! It seems really accurate :D:D

More Media!..

samsungfl's profile picture
Hey Guys - thought I'd give you an update! Since weve had the Miele its really been working hard! Getting through about a months worth of washing because of the Hoover being broken for so long haha! I'm now starting to get used to the machine and I'm really noticing that it just oozes quality! the 1600rpm spin is truley amazing! For loads of around 75% it spins at 1600rpm for almost 5 minutes! It seems so long, the Hoover only used to do a minute of 1600, if u were lucky LOL!

Ive used some of the more of the programs in the Further Programmes Section which have performed greatly! Ive still got loads of programmes to get through yet, however the ones I have used have been great!

Ive made some new videos of the Pillows Program, Curtains and the Cottons 75c Program, which are on my Youtube account! The link is below! Enjoy!
