HEC I wondered that aswell.They only have a 1000rpm spin .Most nowadays haveat least 1200rpm.They look alright. | ||

They will be cheap, made in China crap. Spare parts will be difficult to get, and the reliability is likely to be very poor. | ||

HEC washing machines a friend of mine had one delivered the other day she seemed quite impressed with it she said it is very quiet and the cycles are very quick much better than the candy it replaced J | ||

The price of these things is getting laughably cheap. How the heck can they produce them at that kind of price! £159 or €202 or US$301 | ||

This machine takes 2 hours 25 minutes to do a 30 degree wash??????????? Will the motor last that long ;-) All electrical gear that is taken to recycling centres is taken off to a massive machine in Newport that manages to extract the non ferrous metal parts and dumps the rest. Though there is a bit of recycling in that engineers with PAT testing certificate can still buy electrical items so there is some recyling going on As regards spin speeds.......more speed more creasing....and unless the machine is really well built, more failure of the main bearings etc etc My bosch spins at 1400 max and my old Hoovers at 1100 in terms of drying time it is about 10 minutes ......sod all really........i think a lot of it is misplaced specmanship purely for selling arghh i dont know i just dont know | ||
