I want to set up an awards show...

Lets go for it!........it won't take long to get some contestants especially from craigslist! It really pisses me off when I'm looking through the ads and all they state is "washer and dryer in good working order". Well hell, what brand is the damn thing......how old is it..and where is a pic.......lol....some people just don't have a clue how to post an ad on the internet....
just my 2 cents worth here........

I love this:

"the dyer is industry size dryer".

Two comforters at once. OMG.

Yeah Steve, that dryer is a 1994-1996 Dependable Care dryer similar to mine. Two comfortors in it? Maybe twin size. I have to turn my queen velux blanket around druing the dry cycle so the center will get dry.

Don't forget the posters who put up pictures that are turned sideways so you have to crane your neck to see them. I even saw one or two where the picture was upside down...

Isn't it just lovely how they do not take the time to remove clothes off the tops of their machines? To make matters worse, they take the picture from an oblique angle, instead of from right in front of the machines. Close ups would have been nice too. After all, they are ADVERTISING them! It is funny how an entire ad could consist of one run on sentence. While I am sure many ads were worse, this has got to be close to the jackpot.

Have a good one,
James

That is a terrible ad. Should I admit this is in my hometown? ;-)

It's OK, Andy, this appears to be in a mobile home so hopefully they're pulling it out of town!

The dryer looks like a newer Maytag (newer than the washer by about 20 years anyway) but I have a question, how do two comforters get wet at the same time if the washer is a "smaller size" as they say? Eeeeeeeeew. We probably don't want to know.

$175 for both? They are certainly optimistic. Anyone care to be there's hair stuck in the spilled detergent around the washer opening? Eeeeeeeeeeew.

We aready no how they got wet, She/he wash them in the washer. Wonder what size they are? My LA9604 won't hold a full size quilted bedspread and it's a super cap. Talk about over load.
