If anyone is interested in it, let me know and I'll save it for you. Otherwise, I think Rege is going to scrap it.

Rich, that sure is one I have never heard of, wonder if there was a matching washer ever. I am guessing the little door on the top left is for the gas pilot??? Terry

This was probably a mid-50s dryer...Suburban was a brand of built-in cooking and small furnace (wall furnaces, RV furnaces, etc)...had friends with built in Suburban gas oven/cooktop...subdivision built in late 50s.

Here in the Sau-yuth

Suburban was a brand of propane gas, and they sold gas appliacnes such as refrigerators, cook stoves, furnaces, and clothes dryers. They haven't been around for a while.

Makes sense. The gas-type used is indicated on this machine as LP [Liquified Propane i.e. bottled] gas.

Not sure if I "LOVE" propane for dryers, in general. Yellow-tipped flame means carbon output.

There is an RVP/Suburban Mfg., in Elkhart, Indiana, that makes RV heaters and such.
