What do y'all think of Speed Queen dryers? We would probably get the AES68AWF or the AGS68AWF. Thanks for your help.

What is the current Model and Age of your Dryer:

As I mentioned in my Posting about your Washer, what happened to your Dryer? I'm wondering about why you wouldn't want to look into getting your Dryer Repaired, especially if you really liked it and your Washer and if they've never really had any or many major Repairs.

You could either get the Parts and do the Repair yourself, or get the Parts and have someone do the Repair for you.

Let us know what you end up doing.

Peace and great Laundry Drying, Steve

Nothing wrong with the dryer. My mom wants a matching set. Our current dryer is a GE DDG8280GELWH, serial number FD303570G. If we replace it, we will probably sell the dryer here on AW.org.

GE Dryer/Washer

Chris, I am in Marietta, and would be interested in buying the dryer, also saving the washer. Let me know...Jaytag.

SQ AGS68AWF

Hi Chris,

We own this dryer and the matching top loading washer. I can tell you that they both are terrific! The dryer has a huge door opening and the drum is very large. It can handle huge loads of jeans and towels and dry them effortlessly! The automatic settings are perfect - and the cycle selection is the tops! As ritual SQ owners, this new pair will not do you wrong. They have the best warranty in the business, and if you have to seek them out - do so! It will be worth it and they will last a long time. IMO, these new machines ARE the new standard!

Mike
