Well my POS GE washer that I have been waiting to die finally did. I was doing some uniforms for work tonight a very light load I might add. And I smelled something burning and the alarm went off. I dont know about most but my house they are all interconnected, The alarms that is. So one goes off they all do. Well long story short it died. It was crap and I hated it for everything it was had a single load selector and two temps hot or cold, and tow loads Gigantic and enormous. Well the hunt for a new one begins.
