I moved into a loft with a 2003 Whirlpool thin twin washer. I was just curious as to how the automatic lint filter works.

oh I thought it was under the barrel of the top portion of the agitator. Pull directly up to remove/clean.

I don't think so, the only thing in the barrel is the fabric softner tank, then under that is nothing.

Thanks

The wash lint filter is the upper part of the curved vain agitator on the Whirlpool Thin-twin 24Inch model It just pulls right off in an upward direction..The 27 inch model has the Dual Action type set up and no visible wash lint filter
