Robert thank you I could never get it to embed before. I will try that when "Dr. Frigidaire" does his thing next time. Terry yes it was 1950's Sunbeam Vacuum Coffee from the Glass Beehive model!!!!! And the coffee was 8'0'clock Bokar Blend! Yum! For $8 its cheap for the depression!! Brent and Gene- that KM combo has been a 16 year work in progress! John Lefever and I have been working on that ever since I hauled it off the Junk Pile here in Chatham in the 80's! It has had everything done to it and yet it still needs more! But I love it! And I keep giving it more when I have already given up on machines with half the work in them! So I must really like it no? The wash action, all the dispensors everything about that machine was well executed. All they needed was the Bendix suspension patents! |

What a great video. Like Terry, I loved the Bendix going into spin ... the familiar "click", "whirrrrrrrr" brought back memories. Any chance of a Bendix featurette during one of your future coffee-cam sessions ;-) |

You know your head clears my ceiling! That was good coffee. Nick-yes as soon as I get two more 220V outlets installed we will have total Bendix madness Saturday! The only problem with so many machines running is no matter how much laundry I can generate it's all over in 20 miuntes thats one of the reasons I have to tap my flying nun procedures!! |

Wow! You could sell tickets to that roller coaster ride! I do have a question about what is certainly the least exotic of your line-up: Is the window on your Maytag Neptune a custom job or is it something I can order for my machine? Thanks, Marty Kaplan |

Oh well, maybe too much coffee and a whole lot of fun. The sound of the LK Combo is so distinctive and of course the sound of a Bendix in full cry is truly vintage music. Thanks for sharing your good time! |

Have added this one to my Vintage Appliance Videos collection. Nothing like the sounds of multiple machines of either the same or different makes running at once.--Laundry Shark |
