I would guess early to mid 1970's. The dryer I grew up with looked very much like this one - it was a 1962 V12 model.
It's reasonably priced at $75, I think!

The console on that dryer is identical to the one on my 1976 dryer. However, since the cabinet is harvest - without any shading - I would say it has to be at least a 1977 model. 1977 was the first year GE switched from shaded to non-shaded colors.
